Client Service Coordinator

E & M, PLLC, is a Dynamic fast-growing company looking for a hard-working individual who loves to work with clients and be a key piece of a team. This team member will need excellent people skills, be very detail oriented and organized, have a very positive attitude, and be able to thrive in an environment where every day is different. 

A Client Service Coordinator will work with our accounting team to complete the following tasks:

  • Assist our producers in monthly projects 
  • Work with clients to gather key information and be the main point of contact for all clients
  • Organize workflow and ensure deadlines are met
  • Produce reports essential in each project
  • Coordinate information between team members 
  • Smooth out areas of slow-moving projects 
  • Help organize documents during Tax season to ensure efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

This position will also be an Executive Assistant to the Co-owner of E&M, PLLC.  Daily activities could include but are not limited to:

  • Gathering key information for clients
  • Completing client request via email, phone, or text
  • Various errands, delivering client info, gathering information for various sister companies and related entities, and other administrative activities
